Hi, I’m Baimu, an international student from the Tibetan community in China, currently studying at Southern Cross University on the beautiful Gold Coast. This website is a little space where I record small moments that shape my journey of living in a new country and my study experiences. Studying overseas has given me the chance to explore different cultures, meet people from around the world, and also reflect more deeply on where I come from.
Being Tibetan is an important part of who I am. My upbringing, traditions, and memories from home continue to guide and inspire me, even as I adapt to life in Australia. I love sharing a little bit of my culture maybe it’s special celebrations, meaningful objects from home, or simply the way I see the world.
